From spring to early summer, when the greenery is at its lushest, why not enjoy an outdoor lunch courtesy of Niki Club? Our Forest Concierge will guide you through our enormous grounds, offering tidbits on the flora growing all around while teaching you how to pick wild herbs and vegetables at our Kitchen Garden. Your freshly picked ingredients will then be transformed into a delectable meal by our very own chefs.
By the end of the tour, you will have a deeper knowledge of the herbs you can find from spring through summer, as well as the joys of living in tune with the cycle of nature.
Charcoal-grilled boar meat from neighboring Nakagawamachi will also be offered.
Cost: ¥6,825 (incl. tax) per person.
